For example, you can walk (brisk walking) for about 30 minutes. YOu can get great ideas while exercising! third, meditate; just breathe, calm your mind. A good way of breathing is to inhale fully (first the lungs, then the abdomen. Diaphragm breathing aka yoga breathing (your stomach should be moving). One way is to inhale 6 seconds, then hold 3 seconds, then exhale 6 seconds, then hold for 3 seconds (6-3-6-3; you can also try 7-1-7-1).  Eat a good healthy meal. Not too much fat, oatmeal is the best, some cereals, fruit, yogurt, etc. Finally, read 10 -15 minutes good material (be selective, there is a lot of non-creative material out there ). Any good stuff will do. It is just important to read everyday, so you can process new information, and then later on have information content at hand to create your own information content for your blog posts or your articles.
